Marmite is Tortie of the Week
Our Tortie of the Week is Marmite, a beautiful tortie who lives with her owner Daniel in Leicester, East Midlands, England.
Marmite
Marmite is only 9 months old and a feral rescue tortie cat, she was rather poorly when Daniel found her and needed some urgent treatment on her eyes, but as you can see from her picture she is now as healthy as possible!
She is named Marmite after the spread which is popular in the UK and you either love it or hate it - Marmite the tortie cat is the same as she has a lot of tortitude so she either decides she likes you in the moment or she doesn’t. What a fantastic name!

When Daniel rescued Marmite, the contact she had with him and the vet was the first human interaction she had. But she is a very quick learner and now religiously uses the litter tray as well as eating kitten food.
Marmite is a typical tortie cat and loves to sit on Daniel’s shoulder. She also gets the zoomies quite frequently and also loves to watch TV.
Marmite is now in the best of health
